We are happy you stopped by and want to introduce you to a place where your children will be safe, loved and well cared for in a nurturing environment! Momentum Daycare is an extended ministry of Momentum Church and is registered through the State of Indiana. Our facility is located at 2200 North Main Street in Crown Point. We are committed to providing high quality child care to families in the surrounding communities. While children are away from their families they will be cared for in a safe, nurturing and positive environment. Our staff is committed to caring for children in a loving and consistent manner.
Hours of Operation and Ages Served
Momentum Daycare operates from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We care for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old in age.
Items Needed for Enrollment
In order to enroll the following items are needed:
- Birth Certificate
- Current and Updated Immunization Records
- Recent Physical Exam (within the last 6 months)
- Copy of Parent/Guardian License/State Photo I.D.
- Registration and Child Care fee are due before service begins
